Silence normalises oppression, bias, state-sanctioned violence and other offences. As an individual devoted to the power of expression, I resolve not to be silent in light of any form of prejudice, marginalisation, racism or sexism.

Equity & justice for one is equity & justice for all. I support our intersectional communities who are disproportionately impacted by loss, violence and lack of safety. I stand with any group that provides resources and healing to address the pressing social needs for the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, asexual and questioning community inclusive of black, Indigenous and People of Color.

I ACKNOWLEDGE the traditional owners of the land, the First Peoples, their nations, their elders and their families, past and present. I AFFIRM, with respect, that Australia has been inhabited for thousands of years by the First Peoples, as the custodians of the land and its resources; and that sovereignty was never ceded. I STAND in solidarity with and give thanks to, all who pursue justice and reconciliation for the First Peoples.
